FORT
the Altit fort is one of the greatest treasures of the burousho people.it is the most mysterous place ever.I recommend a visit when you you ever are in hunza.It was abondoned after the struggle for power between the heirs of the Mir. when the young heir got the crown he shifted the capital to baltit who's people supported it.

Altit Fort is situated in the village of Altit, about 3 km from Karimabad. It has been built on a sheer rock-cliff that falls 300 meters (1000 feet) into the Hunza River, and is about 100 years older than the nearby Baltit Fort.
